Role Overview: As an experienced and empathetic Debt Counsellor at Freed India Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve developing customized and sustainable debt management plans for clients, educating them on budgeting and responsible credit use, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining accurate client records, providing continuous financial counseling and support, and staying updated on industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop customized and sustainable debt management plans based on clients individual needs. - Educate clients on budgeting, responsible credit use, and long-term financial planning. - Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and relevant financial regulations. - Maintain accurate client records and track progress consistently. - Provide continuous financial counseling, motivation, and support to clients. - Stay informed about debt resolution laws, credit regulations, and best practices in the industry. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Minimum 2-4 years experience in debt counseling, financial advisory, or credit management. - Solid understanding of credit systems, debt management, and consumer finance. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Empathetic, ethical, and professional approach when working with clients under financial stress.
