Credit Processing Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Application Processing:

  Review, verify, and process credit/loan applications and supporting documents.

• Credit Analysis:

  Conduct basic credit checks, analyze financial documents (bank statements, financials), and assess customer creditworthiness.

• Due Diligence:

  Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Coordination:

  Liaise with customers, sales teams, lenders, and internal departments to resolve issues and gather information.

• Documentation:

  Maintain detailed, accurate records of all credit activities and customer data.

• System Updates:

  Update MIS (Management Information Systems) and internal software with deal statuses and customer information.

• Reporting:

  Assist in preparing reports on credit operations and performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:

  Prior experience in credit processing, finance, or similar roles.

• Analytical Skills:

  Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and relevant financial/banking software.

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent communication (written/verbal), multitasking, and organizational skills.
