Job Description

Hiring: Credit Processing Associate Credit Operations

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify loan applications and documents
Process customer details in LMS/Core banking systems
Track application status and ensure TAT compliance
Identify discrepancies and escalate risks
Maintain accurate records and daily MIS
Ensure compliance with KYC, RBI, and audit norms
Support disbursement documentation

Skills Required:

Strong attention to detail & analytical ability
Understanding of loan products (WC, HL, LAP, etc.)
Experience in document verification & credit processes
Good coordination, follow-up & MS Office proficiency

Qualifications:

Graduate in Finance/Commerce or related field
1–3 years’ experience in credit processing (Bank/NBFC)
Immediate joiners preferred
