Credit Processing

• Responsible for securing interest in installment, lease and wholesale financed equipment by timely registering the lien with appropriate authorities.


• Review monthly reporting to determine appropriate action including continuation and terminations or releases at conclusion of the contract.


• Ensures all necessary documentation related to liens, security interests , and other financial agreements are accurate, on time, up-to-date, and compliant with legal requirements.


• Initiating lien searches as needed or requested, analyse and determine appropriate action to maintain priority lien and facilitate proper communication.


• Evaluate incoming requests thru email or phone requests to determine appropriate guidance to provide and actions to take to resolve the request.


• Coordinates with internal teams, dealerships and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to liens, UCC filings, insurance and missing documents.


• Take inbound calls to support on customer, dealer or other external stakeholders queries around lien status and do outbound calls as needed to facilitate lien perfection in a timely manner as per the regulations.

Skills required:

• Attention to details with high level of accuracy is crucial in lien maintenance and Uniform Commercial Code filings.


• Ability to Organise, manage large amount of documentation and analyse legal documents for key information and record keeping.


• Understanding of lien laws, Uniform Commercial Code regulations, legal procedures, and identify issues and develop solutions.


• Experience in outbound calling in B2B or B2C with proficient listening and comprehension skills with clear written and verbal communication in English.


• Collaborative capability within a team environment to obtain or provide necessary information and build productive relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.


• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English with usage of proper grammar understandable by the dealers / Internal dept and third-party vendors.


• Self-motivated with a growth mindset and flexibility to work in shifts.
