Credit Manager

Experience: Minimum 2 Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a proactive Credit Manager with at least 2 years of experience in credit underwriting within the NBFC or digital lending space. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of loan underwriting, document verification, and customer profiling. Key Responsibilities: Assess and underwrite payday loan applications based on risk parameters. Verify customer documents such as KYC, income proofs, and bank statements. Conduct telephonic verification and customer discussions as part of due diligence. Identify fraud indicators and ensure compliance with internal credit policies. Coordinate with the sales and collections teams to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in credit underwriting, preferably in an NBFC. Strong knowledge of financial documents, credit risk assessment, and customer verification. Excellent communication skills and comfort with customer calling. Detail-oriented with good decision-making skills.
