Credit Manager

Role & responsibilities Collaborative approach with all the stake holders including Product, Technology and external client Manage, coach, and mentor underwriting team on credit expertise. Oversee credit underwriting process, ensuring policy adherence. Add value to the overall Credit Analysis Memo (CAM). Preparing SOPs and adherence to policy. Analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness. Monitor portfolio performance and recommend optimization strategies. • Develop and refine credit policies and procedures. • Aligning the expectations of the company on the product with the clients and setting the expectation to have a long time association. Preferred candidate profile Master's degree in Finance/Business. Experience in Working capital, Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit products Deep understanding of Credit CA certification is preferred 3-4 years credit underwriting experience. Proven team and client management skills. Strong understanding of credit principles and risk assessment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in credit scoring systems
