Role Description This is a full-time role for a Credit Controller and Accounts Receivable. The role involves managing credit control, credit management, debt collection, debtors, and overall finance-related tasks. The position is located in Vadodara and requires handling day-to-day financial activities efficiently. 1 Preparation of Customer Invoices on a periodical basis (Daily / Weekly and Monthly) and verification of Invoices 2 Preparation and verification of customer accounts and analysing the due / past due and overdue invoices 3 Preparation of Quotations, work orders, Sales orders and other customer related documents 4 Sharing and communicating to customers all invoices via email, Phone calls and follow-up on the invoices 5 Preparation of customer master data and updating of all information on a timely basis 6 Sending reminders to the customers for their due invoices and follow-up on the same 7 Preparation of Customer Outstanding Report and maintaining of all customer due udpate. 8 Preparation of all Receipts from customers and maintaining their reporting 9 Accounting of All purchase invoices and Purchase orders. 10 Any other task as per requirement from Finance controller Qualifications Credit Control and Credit Management skills Experience in Debt Collection and managing Debtors Good understanding of Finance principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Effective communication and negotiation skills Relevant certification or degree in Finance or related field Skills Required Excellent Communication in English - Mandatory Soft spoken, ability to lead the team and a team player Excellent MS Office Skills incl.
