We're Hiring: Executive / Sr. Executive Credit Control & Collections

Are you passionate about numbers and have a knack for chasing receivables We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in managing credit control and collections across a diverse customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve DSO & monthly collection targets
Regular customer follow-ups via phone, email, and field visits
Maintain collection records and resolve invoice-related queries
Submit timely statements, outstanding reports, and reconciliations
Take proactive actions for recovery of overdue debts

Desired Skills:

Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Hands-on experience in collections fieldwork
Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
Willingness to travel for customer visits (within and outside city)
