As a Credit Control at Aurum Trans Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing the credit situation of customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Checking customer's credit situation to determine whether or not to offer credit. - Ensuring that debts are paid promptly to meet cash and debtor day targets set by the Firm. - Maintaining a close liaison with the marketing and sales department to resolve credit issues efficiently. - Following up on overdue invoices through telephone, email, and letters within agreed timescales.
