Credit Card Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Credit Card Sales Executive to promote and sell credit card products to potential customers. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, explaining credit card benefits, and onboarding customers in compliance with banking guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell credit card products to individuals through direct sales, telemarketing, or outdoor marketing activities. Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking. Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate credit card product. Provide customers with accurate information about product features, fees, eligibility, and terms & conditions. Collect and verify required documents for credit card applications. Ensure a smooth and timely application process and follow up until card activation. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Maintain records of sales activities and report to management regularly. Comply with all regulatory and internal policies regarding sales, documentation, and data privacy. Key Requirements: Education: High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience: 0–2 years in sales, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
