Job Description

1. Channel Development & Expansion

  • Identify, develop and scale credit card sourcing channels
  • Onboard DSAs, sub-DSAs, field partners and referral channels
  • Expand channel presence across cities, areas and zones

2. Channel Performance Management

  • Drive channel-wise credit card sourcing, approvals and activations
  • Set monthly and quarterly targets for each channel
  • Improve productivity and contribution of each channel

3. Partner Onboarding & Enablement

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new channel partners
  • Train partners on products, eligibility and documentation
  • Provide tools, pitch material and ongoing support

4. Channel Strategy & Optimization

  • Design channel-specific sourcing and growth strategies
  • Identify high-performing and low-performing channels
  • Optimize channel mix to maximize growth and profitability

5. Bank & Issuer Coordination

  • Coordinate with banks for channel-specific policies and campaigns
  • Align sourcing approach with bank risk and eligibility norms
  • Support payout structures and volume-based slabs

6. Compliance, Quality & Risk Control

  • Ensure RBI, bank and internal compliance across all channels
  • Monitor documentation quality and rejection trends
  • Prevent mis-selling and policy deviations

7. MIS, Analytics & Reporting

  • Track channel-wise performance metrics and dashboards
  • Analyze conversion ratios and ROI per channel
  • Share insights with senior management

8. Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with sales, operations and product teams
  • Support channel managers and regional teams
  • Drive accountability and performance reviews

9. Revenue & Cost Management

  • Ensure revenue targets and channel profitability
  • Optimize partner payouts and acquisition costs
  • Support incentive and contest planning

10. Brand Representation & Governance

  • Represent organization with DSAs, partners and banks
  • Build strong market credibility and channel trust
  • Promote ethical selling and professional standards

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
