Credit and Product Lead-FI Lending

Role Overview: As a Product Lead at Capup Financial Services Private Limited, located in Bengaluru, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of financial products. This includes conducting market research, developing products, implementing strategies, and continuously improving them. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized credit solutions and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the end-to-end design and scaling of lending solutions aimed at NBFC clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (risk, credit, compliance, operations) for strategic planning and efficient execution. - Develop and implement credit evaluation frameworks and onboarding processes for NBFC customers. - Lead innovation projects focused on improving process scalability, compliance, and market competitiveness. - Engage with business partners to identify market trends and establish strategic relationships. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in lending operations, credit management, or financial services, preferably with exposure to the NBFC/BFSI sector. - Deep understanding of credit processes, risk management, and NBFC operations. - Proven track record of stakeholder management across business, credit risk, and compliance teams. - Expertise in portfolio monitoring, exposure assessment, and analytics-driven optimization. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's or advanced degree is preferred. - Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills. - Ability to drive new process launches, partner integrations, and operational innovations in a fast-paced environment.,
