Credit and Product Lead-FI Lending

Role Overview: As a Product Lead at Capup Financial Services Private Limited, located in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of financial products. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the design and scaling of lending solutions specifically for NBFC clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (risk, credit, compliance, operations) for strategic planning and effective execution. - Develop and execute credit evaluation frameworks and onboarding processes for NBFC customers. - Lead innovation projects to enhance process scalability, compliance, and market competitiveness. - Identify market trends and foster strategic relationships with business partners. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in lending operations, credit management, or financial services, with exposure to the NBFC/BFSI sector. - In-depth knowledge of credit processes, risk management, and NBFC operations. - Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management across business, credit risk, and compliance functions. - Expertise in portfolio monitoring, exposure assessment, and optimization driven by analytics. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; a master's or advanced degree is preferred. - Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills. - Proven capability to lead new process launches, partner integrations, and operational innovations in a dynamic environment.,
