Credit Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Analyst to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in credit analysis and risk management.

• Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments on potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on credit portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal credit practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Strong understanding of credit principles, risk management, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in credit software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience working in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role or related field.
