Credentialing Associate

Role Overview: As a Credentialing Associate, your primary responsibility will be to oversee credentialing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will be required to collect, review, and verify documentation such as licenses, certifications, and work history. Additionally, you will maintain and update credentialing databases with accurate provider information, track credentialing status, expirations, and re-credentialing timelines using software tools, and act as the main point of contact for healthcare providers throughout the credentialing process. Moreover, you will collaborate with HR and Legal teams, conduct audits for improvement areas and compliance, prepare detailed reports for leadership review, stay updated with state and federal regulations, and assist in developing and implementing credentialing policies aligned with best practices.
