Credentialing Associate

As a proactive Credentialing Associate at InteliX Systems, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of healthcare credentialing and supporting the smooth onboarding of healthcare professionals. Your role is crucial in ensuring efficient service delivery through accurate documentation and administrative coordination. You will be based in Hyderabad and work the shift from 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (IST). **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinating the credentialing process for various healthcare professionals - Reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy - Verifying the authenticity of licenses and certifications - Communicating with healthcare professionals and external organizations for necessary information - Maintaining detailed records of credentialing activities - Monitoring credentialing deadlines - Collaborating with internal departments - Staying informed about regulatory requirements - Providing support during audits and surveys **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in any field - Minimum 1 year of healthcare credentialing experience - Experience with public speaking and presentations - Behavioral health experience is a plus In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, preferred skills for this role include excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
