The Role

Creative Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end creative projects

  from brief to delivery.
• Act as the

  primary client contact

  , ensuring transparency and trust.
• Translate creative briefs into actionable tasks, timelines, and workflows.

• Design, implement, and optimize systems and processes

  for project and studio operations.
• Support the

  smooth functioning of the studio

  by coordinating team processes, meetings, and workflows.
• Anticipate challenges, propose improvements, and implement proactive solutions.
• Use tools like

  ClickUp

  (or Asana/Trello) to structure workflows, reporting, and accountability.
• Balance resources, timelines, and quality while upholding our storytelling-driven design philosophy.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience managing creative/design/marketing projects (agency or studio background preferred).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Familiarity with creative workflows, design tools, and project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to

  create and improve systems, SOPs, and processes

  .
• Passion for storytelling, design, and supporting creative environments.
