About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Design PIL Coins, XP boards, badges, mission cards, posters
• Edit reels and content from school activations & Redemption Days
• Make pitch decks, brand mockups, and campaign assets
• Assist in UI for internal dashboards or game screens
• Ideate visual IPs with our mascot PILO

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing and design
• Portfolio that blends playfulness + sharp branding
• Proficient in Adobe Suite / Canva / Premiere / Figma
• Understands kid-friendly, emotionally engaging design
• Comfortable working on tight timelines & multiple briefs
• Experience in handling a camera
• Should be from hyderabad or willing to relocate.

Bonus:

• Experience working with creators or gaming brands
• Animation/motion graphics is a huge plus
• Knows how to shoot/edit mobile videos on the go
