Position Overview

We are seeking a Creative Operations Lead — a proactive and creative professional who can manage teams, handle clients, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth execution from concept to delivery.
This role requires responsibility, maturity, and the ability to deliver beyond a traditional 9–5 structure.

Professionals with media, news, or broadcast industry experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Workflow Management

• Lead and manage the video, production, design, and editing teams.
• Streamline workflows and ensure timelines are met.
• Delegate tasks and follow up systematically.
• Maintain clarity, accountability, and discipline across teams.

2. Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Serve as a dependable communication link for clients.
• Understand and articulate client briefs accurately.
• Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Build long-term professional relationships.

3. Creative & Operational Coordination

• Work closely with Creative Head to convert ideas into actionable plans.
• Ensure team execution aligns with the creative direction.
• Oversee project planning, shoot coordination, and timely deliveries.
• Identify challenges early and resolve them proactively.

4. Writing, Direction & Creative Input

• Draft scripts, storyboards, briefs, and communication documents.
• Contribute to direction and on-set supervision when required.
• Add creative value to enhance the quality of final outputs.
• Maintain high standards of written and spoken communication.

5. Ownership & Accountability

• Take full responsibility for project execution.
• Keep the Creative Head informed about progress and roadblocks.
• Work independently with strong initiative.
• Ensure workflows remain consistent and effective.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–6 years of experience in creative industries: production, digital media, filmmaking, advertising, communication, or design.
• Experience in media or news (broadcast, newsroom, channels, digital news, field reporting, content planning) will be preferred.
• Strong writing, communication, and documentation skills.
• Good understanding of direction, shoots, and production processes.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple teams.
• Proactive, confident, and solution-oriented personality.
• Willingness to work beyond strict 9–5 hours when required.
• Strong ownership, discipline, and team-handling ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Defence Colony, Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
