What You Will Do

Design & Visual Storytelling:

• Create visually compelling designs for client itineraries, proposals, decks, and marketing materials.
• Develop brand-aligned social media assets, ads, banners, and campaign creatives.
• Maintain design templates and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all outputs.

Video Editing & Motion Content:

• Edit cinematic short-form and long-form videos for campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
• Research and curate

  licensable footage, music, and visuals

  that elevate the narrative.
• Incorporate pacing, sound design, and transitions that bring emotional depth to every edit.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to deliver cohesive and timely creative output.
• Support ongoing campaigns and assist in designing collateral for

  Vara⁵

  and its sub-brands.

What We Are Looking For

• Students or recent graduates with a background in

  design, media, communication, or visual arts.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in

  Canva

  (mandatory),

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  and

  Adobe Illustrator.

• A keen eye for

  layout, typography, cinematic pacing, and color.

• Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple creative tasks simultaneously.
• Prior internships, freelance projects, or portfolios demonstrating relevant creative work are a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with tools such as

  Photoshop or After Effects.

• Exposure to

  luxury, travel, lifestyle, or culture-based

  creative work.
• Interest in

  digital storytelling, branding, and design-led communication.
