Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for various roles Handling onboarding and exit formalities Maintaining employee records and HRMS Managing payroll, compliance, and labor laws Planning and executing employee engagement activities Assisting with policy implementation and performance reviews Supporting daily HR operations Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field 1–3 years of experience in HR Experience in a marketing/digital/creative agency is preferred Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills Interested?
