Job Description:-

We are seeking a visionary Creative Head to lead our design and content team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Gujarati content writing, social media campaigns, and team leadership. This role demands someone who is not just creative but also strategic—able to translate brand objectives into compelling visuals and narratives that resonate with the audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, copywriters, and content creators.
• Develop original and engaging Gujarati content for social media, digital ads, and brand campaigns.
• Brainstorm fresh ideas for brand storytelling, campaign themes, reels, and creatives.
• Review and ensure consistency in visual and written communication across platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to execute campaigns effectively.
• Monitor trends and audience preferences to drive high-performing creative content.
• Handle creative planning, execution, and delivery with attention to detail and deadlines.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience (4+ years) in Creative Design and Gujarati content writing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience in leading a creative/content/design team.
• Expertise in using tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar.
• Ability to visualize and execute high-impact campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills (Gujarati & English).
• A keen eye for design, typography, and brand alignment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
