Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptualization, schematic design, and design development for architectural projects.

• Prepare accurate shop 2D drawings, construction site drawings, quantity take-off's, and 3D models based on project requirements using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software.

• Support in creating presentation materials, mood boards, and working drawings.

• Coordinate with internal teams (interior, BIM, visualization) and external consultants (MEP, structural) under supervision.

• Participate in site visits for measurements, documentation, and basic supervision.

• Contribute to material research, vendor coordination, and BOQ preparation.

• Incorporate client and senior feedback during the design and documentation process.

• Stay updated with evolving architectural trends, materials, and standards.

• Ensure timely submission of deliverables while maintaining quality.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction methods.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong visualization and drafting skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a collaborative team environment.

• Attention to detail, time management, and organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in architecture (B.Arch) or BE Civil from a recognized institution.

• 3+ years of professional experience in architectural firms or internships.

• A portfolio showcasing academic and/or professional work is require

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
