Role Overview: We are looking for a talented and passionate Creative Head to lead our creative team. In this role, you will guide the overall visual direction of projects, inspire fresh ideas, and ensure that our work meets the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for shaping concepts from start to finish and making sure our designs connect with our clients’ goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all creative projects, from concept to delivery.
• Develop ideas, storyboards, and visual styles that bring our clients’ messages to life.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of designers and animators.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and present creative solutions.
• Review and approve designs, animations, and other creative materials.
• Keep up with industry trends and bring innovative approaches to our work.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior creative or art direction role.
• Strong portfolio showing a range of creative projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into effective visuals.
• Knowledge of animation processes, design tools, and production workflows.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for storytelling through design.
