As a Creative Head Designer, your role will involve leading and overseeing the design team to ensure the highest quality of creative output. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative designs for branding, advertising campaigns, digital marketing, and print materials. Your expertise in industry trends and strong leadership skills will be crucial in developing creative strategies, managing multiple projects, guiding junior designers, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and execute innovative designs for branding, advertising campaigns, digital marketing, and print materials - Develop creative strategies to enhance brand identity and visibility - Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs - Guide and mentor junior designers to foster their growth and creativity - Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a design role - Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (Optional) - Strong artistic vision and creativity - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift schedule and in-person work location.,
