QHT Clinic is one of India’s leading hair transplant and cosmetic clinics, trusted by thousands of patients nationwide. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a Creative Head to lead our content and marketing initiatives across platforms.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic, idea-driven creative leader who can shape and execute strategies that amplify our brand voice, engage audiences, and drive growth. The Creative Head will oversee end-to-end content creation — from brainstorming concepts to ensuring flawless execution by the team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Ideation: Develop innovative content strategies for social media and digital marketing channels.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate with scriptwriters, video editors, and photographers to deliver impactful campaigns.
Execution: Oversee scripting, shoots, editing, and final output to maintain high creative standards.
Digital Focus: Leverage SEO and YouTube optimization techniques to maximize content reach and performance.
Innovation: Stay updated with trends and introduce fresh ideas to strengthen our online presence.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure creative alignment with business goals.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years of proven experience in creative leadership, preferably in digital media, marketing, or content production.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and digital trends.
Solid understanding of SEO and content optimization.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to convert ideas into actionable campaigns.
Energetic, passionate, and driven to build impactful brand experiences.
