As a versatile and dynamic Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and performance marketing strategy. You will need to blend strong creative leadership with a deep understanding of digital campaign performance. Your primary tasks will include overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, managing a cross-functional creative team, and implementing a data-driven approach to elevate brand and marketing efforts. - Lead and manage the creative team across design, video, and content functions. - Allocate resources, set deadlines, and ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables. - Coordinate with freelancers to ensure smooth project delivery. Your strategic responsibilities will include brainstorming and developing campaign concepts aligned with seasonal or brand-specific goals. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits such as leave encashment and paid time off.
