Job Summary

We are looking for a highly imaginative and results-driven Creative Head to lead our creative strategy across digital marketing, branding, and social media. The role involves developing innovative campaigns, overseeing the creative process, and managing a team of designers to deliver engaging visuals and content that align with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Ideas

• Develop fresh and impactful creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and advertising.
• Translate marketing objectives into compelling creative strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Team & Project Management

• Lead, guide, and inspire the graphic designer and other creative team members.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining consistency and brand alignment.

Content & Branding

• Conceptualize creative directions for social media posts, ad campaigns, website content, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand identity across all platforms.
• Review and approve final creative deliverables before publishing.

Collaboration

• Partner with digital marketers, copywriters, and campaign managers to ensure cohesive execution.
• Collaborate with leadership to align creative work with business goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
