Role Overview

Creative Graphic Designer

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the brand and marketing team to

  develop visual strategy

  for campaigns

• Design performance-driven creatives

  for Meta ads, Amazon, and other digital platforms
• Build high-converting visuals for

  social media, emailers, landing pages, and product pages

• Stay updated on D2C visual trends and ensure Soyu always feels fresh, premium, and bold
• Help establish a

  design language

  that speaks to our core audience: confident, grown women
• Occasionally lead design for packaging concepts, reels, and seasonal brand refreshes

Who You Are

• A storyteller with a

  strong eye for layout, typography, and color

• Hands-on with tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, and motion tools (bonus)
• Able to design with conversion and

  scroll-stopping value

  in mind
• You understand D2C design – especially for

  beauty, skincare, wellness

  brands
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced startup

  environment where ideas move fast
• A self-starter with a portfolio to prove it

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience in product photoshoots or directing visual assets
• Motion graphic or reel editing skills
• Previous work with D2C brands (even freelance counts!)
