Role Description

Role Overview

As a senior graphic designer, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining GAP Group’s visual identity. You’ll work closely with the marketing, content, and leadership teams to create high-quality designs that educate, inspire, and elevate the brand across digital and offline touchpoints.

Skills & Requirements

Strong command over visual design, layout, typography, and brand aesthetics

3+ years of full-time experience as a graphic designer at a reputed advertising, branding, or digital agency

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere is a plus)

Ability to design across digital, print, branding, social media, and campaign assets

Strong conceptual thinking with attention to detail and consistency

Ownership-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or corporate branding is a plus

Ability to understand briefs and convert them into clean, premium, on-brand visuals

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality creatives for social media, websites, brochures, hoardings, presentations, films, and marketing collaterals

Develop visual concepts, campaign designs, and brand systems aligned with GAP Group’s positioning

Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and leadership to deliver cohesive communication

Create layouts, grids, visual hierarchies, and design frameworks for large brand assets

Support branding initiatives including brand identity systems, typography, color palettes, and design guidelines Ensure consistency and quality across all GAP Group brands and projects

Participate in brainstorming sessions, campaign ideation, and internal design reviews

Support internal teams with design requirements for events, HR communication, corporate announcements, and presentations
