Job Description

  • Design visual creatives for digital platforms, primarily social media.
  • Write, edit, and refine captions and short-form written content aligned with brand tone and positioning.
  • Translate content ideas, calendars, and creative direction into polished, on-brand output.
  • Ensure consistency in layout, typography, colour, and overall visual language.

Digital & Social Media Support

  • Execute content requirements for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube, as needed.
  • Adapt creatives and copy across platforms while maintaining brand coherence.
  • Support campaign-based content, launches, and thematic content series.

Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the in-house marketing lead to understand priorities, briefs, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal designers and external freelancers where required to complete creative deliverables.
  • Participate in creative discussions, ideation sessions, and reviews, contributing ideas and improvements.

Quality & Brand Alignment

  • Maintain a high standard of design and written quality appropriate for a premium, design-led brand.
  • Continuously refine output based on feedback, evolving brand guidelines, and performance insights.

Candidate Profile

  • Open to strong freshers and early-career professionals.
  • Background in design, communication, marketing, media, or related fields preferred.
  • Internship, freelance, academic, or personal project experience will be considered.

Portfolio (Mandatory)

  • A portfolio demonstrating

    both design and written content

    capabilities is required.
  • Portfolios may include academic projects, freelance work, personal projects, or social media content.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Ability to write clearly, creatively, and grammatically.
  • Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of digital content formats and social media best practices.
  • Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a collaborative creative team.

Growth & Learning

  • On-site role based in Bengaluru.
  • Standard working hours, with half-days on Saturdays, as per company policy.
  • Limited flexibility may be available at management discretion.
