Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership: Lead the creative team and process from concept to execution, ensuring the overall vision aligns with client goals and brand strategy. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and event requirements, translating these into innovative design concepts. Oversee all visual and experiential elements of events, including themes, décor, lighting, multimedia, and overall atmosphere. Develop creative proposals, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and internal teams. Translate and develop the client presentations based on inputs from the Conceptualizers for high-value pitchesEvent Design & Production: Ensure the design and production of events are cohesive, visually stunning, and on brand. Work closely with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure the feasibility of creative ideas and execution. Supervise set designs, staging, and installations to ensure they meet high-quality standards. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and integrate new technologies and innovative solutions into event design. Team Management: Manage and inspire a team of designers, stylists, and production staff to deliver exceptional results. Provide creative direction and constructive feedback throughout the event lifecycle. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align the creative vision with broader company goals. Client Interaction: Act as the main creative point of contact for clients, presenting ideas and designs with confidence. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, and exceeding their expectations. Adjust creative strategies based on client feedback while maintaining the integrity of the event's vision. Budget & Resource Management: Manage creative budgets, ensuring all elements of the event are delivered on time and within budget. Source and manage external vendors, including set designers, AV teams, florists, and others, to bring the creative vision to life. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Creative Arts, Design, Event Management, or related field. Experience: 10-18 years of experience in event design, creative direction, or related fields. Proven experience in producing large-scale events (corporate, social, experiential, etc.). Skills: Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and other creative tools. Strong knowledge of event logistics, production techniques, and AV technologies. Personal Attributes: Attention to detail with a passion for high-quality design and production. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,750.82 - ₹97,233.64 per month
