This is a hybrid role where you’ll help shape brand and digital experiences across our client portfolio and internal projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

UI/UX Design

• Design clean, responsive, user-friendly interfaces for websites and web apps (Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
• Use tools like

  Figma, Relume, and Framer

  to deliver structured design systems.

Graphic & Visual Design

• Create branded social media content (carousels, reels covers, etc.).
• Design pitch decks, brochures, PDFs, and ad creative.
• Build brand assets: logos, stationery, business cards, packaging (when needed).
• Maintain visual consistency across different media and clients.
• Repurpose client branding into functional, visually appealing assets.

Internal Projects

• Develop and iterate on Novara’s own website and content.
• Support internal marketing campaigns with visual content.
• Contribute to new client onboarding with creative support (brand refresh, moodboards, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 4+ years of experience in

  UI/UX design

  (web/app focused).
• Strong

  Figma

  skills – wireframing, prototyping, and full UI layouts.
• Excellent

  graphic design skills

  (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
• A

  strong eye for detail, balance, typography, and layout

  .
• Ability to adapt quickly to different design styles (corporate, luxury, lifestyle, tech).
• Self-managed — able to take briefs and run with them.

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  Framer

  or other web builders.
• Knowledge of modern social media trends and formats.
• Understanding of

  conversion-led design principles

  .
• Motion design/animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
• Familiarity with branding processes and brand guidelines.

• High attention to detail and design consistency.
• Fast-paced but thoughtful — knows when polish matters vs when speed matters.
• Open to feedback and collaboration with non-designers.
• Curious, proactive, and always improving.
• Comfortable designing across multiple sectors and tones of voice.
