About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and versatile Creative Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves translating ideas into engaging visual content across digital and print mediums. You’ll collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to bring concepts to life that not only look beautiful but also drive business results.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-quality digital creatives for social media, digital ads, website banners, emailers, decks, and print.
• Develop brand identity assets such as logos, icons, brand books, and presentation templates.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to translate campaign objectives into engaging visuals.
• Prepare assets in multiple formats and dimensions for various ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Bring static designs and ideas to life with smooth, punchy animations
• Create reels, explainers, and campaign videos that people actually want to watch
• Collaborate with writers, strategists, and designers from brainstorm to final render
• Design in multiple formats – 9:16, 1:1, 16:9 – across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Add the right sound and rhythm with basic audio sync and edits
• Stay curious about what’s trending in visual storytelling

What You Need to Know:

• Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop – these should feel like second nature
• Strong eye for motion, typography, layout, and visual rhythm
• Good instincts for pacing, mood, transitions, and animation timing
• Some video editing experience (cuts, grading, cleanup)
• Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in Blender, Lottie, or Cinema 4D
• A solid reel or portfolio that shows your range and your taste
