Job Opportunity: Creative Designer 📍 Locations: Bangalore 📅 Experience: 3-5 years in Creative Designing 💼 Preferred Industries: Advertising, Media, Publishing, Service Industry, or related fields Role Overview: As a Creative Designer at Srishti, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our clients' advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for creating, editing, publishing, and collecting campaign creatives displayed across our extensive network of media sites. Your creative expertise will help drive the success of our clients' marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with teams to understand project requirements and support the end-to-end campaign publication process Edit and adapt client creatives to ensure consistency and high-quality publication across various media assets Manage the publication process, ensuring timely delivery and installation of advertising content Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to create visually appealing proposals and presentations Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices to continually bring fresh ideas to the table Qualifications: Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role Proficiency in design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CorelDRAW, Blender, Maya, or similar tools Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics in media presentation Why Choose Srishti Group?
