Job Description: Creative Designer Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (At the headquarters/manufacturing unit) Role Overview The Creative Lead will define and drive the visual design direction across all product and branding materials, ensuring consistency, innovation, and alignment with the company’s identity as a leader in specialty labels and printed electronics. You’ll oversee both digital and print assets using CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, collaborating with product, production, and marketing teams to ensure designs are production-ready and impactful. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand—including product decals, overlays, membrane keypads, and industrial labels across varied industries like automotive, aerospace, healthcare, etc. • Lead creation of design assets (logos, labels, packaging, marketing collateral) using CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. • Translate technical requirements into visually accurate and production-ready designs. • Manage multiple design projects, set timelines, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery. • Mentor and guide junior designers—reviewing their deliverables and ensuring brand standards. • Stay updated on design, print, and label production trends; recommend new tools, software, or methods. • Maintain asset repositories and design libraries for reuse and consistency. • Ensure compliance with any regulatory or certification needs in labeling design. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or related field. • 6–8 years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior design capacity. • Strong mastery of CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. • Working knowledge of label production processes and specifications. • Demonstrable portfolio of industrial labels, product branding, technical overlays, or similar work. • Excellent design sensibility, attention to detail, and understanding of production constraints. • Fluent in project and time management; strong organizational and communication skills. • Collaborative mindset—comfortable working with production engineers, branding teams, and vendors. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) • Knowledge of printing techniques (e.g., thermal transfer, high-temp curing, dome finishes). • Experience with technical industries—automotive, aerospace, healthcare, etc. • Familiarity with QR code integration and interactive/functional design elements. • Understanding of sustainability or CSR design (compliance with environmental norms).
