Creative Designer

Role Overview: As a designer at Thrillophilia, you will experience a thrilling journey of growth and meaningful work. Your role will require you to be a self-starter with a keen eye for creative ideas and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Design creative materials including branding materials, marketing collaterals, and product designs. - Stay updated on emerging technologies in new media and design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. - Illustrate concepts by creating rough layouts of art and copy, considering arrangement, size, type size, style, and related aesthetic concepts. - Maintain technical knowledge and stay abreast of emerging trends. - Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as required. - Create graphics for Thrillophilia's social media channels. - Develop high-conversion creatives for Thrillophilia campaigns. - Design infographics, newsletters, UI screens, presentations, and visual PPTs. Qualifications Required: - Strong, clean visual design sense. - Proficiency in design programs like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Experience Design, After Effects, etc. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. - Experience in Illustration and typography. - Passion for people-centered design. - Self-motivated to manage workload efficiently and meet project deadlines. - Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships. - Photo retouching and manipulation skills. - Strong eye for visual composition. - Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
