Job Summary:

Senior Creative Designer


Key Responsibilities:

Brand Creative & Visual Design:

  • Develop high-impact visual designs across digital and offline channels including website banners, campaign creatives, packaging, brochures, POSMs, and more.
  • Translate marketing strategies into engaging design concepts that are aligned with brand values and consumer appeal.
  • Work closely with the digital team to enhance UI/UX and layout of the brand’s e-commerce website.

Content & Campaign Development:

  • Ideate and execute creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Support video content creation and editing for digital campaigns, reels, ads, and website.
  • Create and adapt visual content that resonates with parents and caregivers—our core audience.

Collaboration & Project Management:

  • Coordinate with creative agencies, digital marketing partners, and event management teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Manage design timelines and ensure quality output in alignment with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Participate in strategic brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute new initiatives.

Photoshoots & Visual Assets:

  • Plan and direct photoshoots for product and lifestyle imagery in collaboration with photographers and stylists.
  • Manage content production for digital and retail platforms, ensuring consistency in visual storytelling.

Packaging & In-store Display:

  • Design stunning, functional, and brand-aligned packaging for products and gifting solutions.
  • Develop innovative display concepts for retail and event setups to elevate brand perception.

Brand Collateral Development:

  • Design brochures, catalogues, and print material.
  • Rework and evolve the visual layout and experience of the brand website.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or brand design role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print work with high creative quality.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Hands-on experience in social media design, basic video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Strong understanding and experience of

    AI tools

    for faster delivery of creative outputs.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles, especially for consumer-facing websites and mobile-first design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
