Our goal is to build a secure layer 1 blockchain for real-world adoption. We’re looking for a Creative Designer who’s deeply inspired by brutalism, minimalism, motion, and modular design — someone who can craft bold, cohesive visual systems that help shape the next wave of Web3 culture. What You Will Do At HeLa Labs? • Build and evolve HeLa’s brand identity — including logo, typography, grid systems, color, and design components • Own the visual experience across all touchpoints: website, Twitter (X), social graphics, decks, docs, blog, and more • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to align visuals with narrative • Direct freelancers, motion designers, and content creators when needed • Translate complex blockchain ideas into accessible and compelling visuals • Drive visual consistency and elevate quality — from the favicon to the footer • Explore and experiment with motion, 3D, Webflow, Framer, and other tools to bring the brand to life Our Ideal Candidates Would Have • Prior experience at Web3-native projects, design-forward startups, or L1/L2 ecosystems • A strong portfolio that shows visual systems thinking and killer taste • Expertise in Figma, and familiarity with Notion, Webflow, Framer, or similar tools • An eye for detail and a love for coherence, balance, and modularity • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Bonus: motion design skills or experience art-directing motion/3D assets What else are waiting for you? • Competitive salary • 100% remote and flexible • Be a part of the future of financial technology by doing something meaningful. • Great career development opportunities in a growing company • Passionate and collaborative team • Family-like environment • Up-level your technical skills and capital market knowledge • Multi-cultural environment Ready to make your mark in Web3?
