Creative Designer

**Job Summary:**

We're looking for a young, energetic, and highly creative Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual assets that enhance brand identity, drive user engagement, and support our marketing initiatives. You'll be a key player in all visual design projects, from initial brainstorming and concept development to final execution and delivery. This includes collaborating with marketing and content teams, translating briefs into stunning visuals using Figma, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator, and leveraging AI tools to optimize the creative process. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for visual storytelling and new design technologies.

**Responsibilities:**

**Visual Design & Strategy:**

* Develop and implement creative design concepts across various digital platforms (e.g., social media, blog, website, marketing materials) to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand identity.

* Manage and prioritize design tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all visual assets.

* Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from interpreting briefs and storyboarding to final design and revisions.

* Utilize generative AI tools to explore creative concepts, enhance visuals, and improve workflow efficiency.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design, UI/UX, AI in design, and visual branding.

**Design Execution & Collaboration:**

* Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual assets including social media graphics, web banners, infographics, email templates, and presentations.

* Expertly use Figma for web and app UI/UX mockups, Canva for quick-turnaround social and marketing graphics, and Adobe Illustrator for complex illustrations and branding assets.

* Collaborate closely with content strategists and marketers to translate ideas and copy into visually compelling and engaging designs.

* Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital marketing touchpoints.

* Clearly communicate design concepts and articulate creative rationale to stakeholders and internal teams.

**Asset Management & Optimization:**

* Optimize all digital graphics for different platforms, ensuring correct formats, sizes, and responsive design principles.

* Incorporate feedback from marketing and user engagement data to iterate and improve on design assets.

* Organize and maintain a central library of all design assets, templates, and brand guidelines.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.

* 1-3 years of proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

* Proficiency in core design software: Figma, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator.

* Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.

* Demonstrable experience or strong interest in using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) for design conceptualization and asset generation.

* Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

* Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a significant plus.

* Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.

* Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
