Creative Designer (Graphic + Video)

Instainnovate is a creative marketing agency helping brands grow through design, storytelling, and strategy. We’re looking for a Creative Designer who can bring visual ideas to life — from designing static posts to editing scroll-stopping videos that drive engagement and results.

We want someone who is curious, open to learning, and excited to explore AI-driven design tools, with a growth mindset and willingness to adapt.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling thumbnails, static posts, and videos optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.

• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand project objectives and target audiences.

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, visually appealing final videos ensuring top-notch quality in audio, video, and graphics.

• Implement creative storytelling techniques to produce engaging and shareable content.

• Stay updated with the latest design, social media, AI, and content trends.

• Optimize videos for different platforms — aspect ratios, length, and specifications.

• Maintain an organized asset library of footage, audio, and templates.

• Design graphics and motion content for brand campaigns and social media marketing.

• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all creatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency experience preferred).

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro.

• Strong creative sense with attention to detail, color, and typography.

• Understanding of visual storytelling and digital content creation.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Open to learning and experimenting with AI tools and new creative technologies.

💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
