We are building a luxury hair perfume house that brings together the artistry of fine fragrance and the elegance of modern beauty. Every element, from design to storytelling, will embody the standards of international luxury.

This is not an ordinary creative role. It is an invitation to shape the identity of a brand that aspires to stand beside the most iconic names in beauty and fragrance. As a Creative Associate, your work will not be background support. It will define how the brand is seen, experienced, and desired by a discerning audience.

• Create packaging and brand identity that reflect the craftsmanship and elegance associated with the finest luxury fragrance houses
• Design campaigns and digital content that speak the language of exclusivity and aspiration, tailored for a luxury audience in beauty and fashion
• Shape storytelling that builds credibility and positions the brand as a refined name within the fragrance and beauty space
• Contribute to strategies that enhance luxury positioning and elevate consumer experience at every touchpoint

• Candidates with backgrounds in fashion, luxury design, beauty, or perfume branding. Prior experience with premium or luxury brands will be highly valued
• A portfolio that demonstrates creative excellence and a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics
• Familiarity with how luxury brands function, including their visual language, tone of communication, and approach to consumer engagement
• Strong command of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, with the ability to deliver work that meets international standards
• A natural storyteller who can bring artistry and sophistication into every piece of design and content
  

• You will be part of creating a luxury brand from its foundation, a rare experience in itself
• Your creative work will be central to how the brand is perceived, offering unmatched portfolio value and industry credibility
• You will gain exposure to the world of luxury branding guided by expertise and mentorship drawn from fashion and beauty
• A stipend of ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month will be offered, along with consideration for a permanent managerial role for those who excel
