Fanpit is the infrastructure that lets anyone go from idea to brand in minutes, not months Loyalty programs, events, CXM, community, commerce all in one OS We're building for every brand, creator, and community that wants to own their distribution and stop being at the mercy of algorithms The Role We need someone to own creative execution across everything Fanpit puts out social media, brand collateral, user guides, presentations, and our founder's build-in-public content You'll work closely with our Growth Lead and directly with the founder You're not waiting for briefs you're taking rough ideas and turning them into polished, on-brand output What You'll Own Social media design LinkedIn carousels, Instagram posts/stories/reels, Twitter graphics Fanpit Instagram helping us shift from "tech product" to outcome-driven brand storytelling Founder content supporting build-in-public posts, personal brand visuals User guides and onboarding materials interactive, visual, not boring PDFs Presentations pitch decks, how-to guides, brand explainers Canva, Figma, and basic video editing are your daily tools You're a Fit If 1-2 years experience agency, D2C brand, or startup background ideal You're fast and scrappy you ship, then iterate You can take a half-formed idea and make it look sharp You have a good eye for what works on social (you probably scroll a lot and notice what's good) You know Canva inside-out, comfortable with Figma, can do basic video edits You're NOT a Fit If You need pixel-perfect briefs before you start You're precious about your work and can't handle fast feedback loops You've never worked in a fast-moving, scrappy environmentpensation Fixed: 3,00,000 / year Bonus: Up to 1,50,000 / year (performance-based) Location Bangalore | Hybrid minimum 3 days/week in office
