As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with key customers to build and maintain trusting relationships. You will identify opportunities to grow the customer base and establish positive relationships with new clients. Your strategic and analytical approach in problem-solving will ensure maximum client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. - Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team. - Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. - Keeping customers updated on the latest products to drive sales. - Meeting with managers to plan strategically. - Expanding the customer base through upselling and cross-selling. - Understanding individual customer needs and addressing them. - Conducting business reviews using CRM programs. - Staying informed about competitors and strategizing accordingly. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft applications. - Superior product knowledge. - Team player with leadership skills. - Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
