Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom Understand customer requirements and guide them regarding sarees, suits, and products Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat sales Ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth buying experience Coordinate with sales team and production team for order updates Maintain sales records, daily sales reports, and follow-ups Assist in order processing, billing, and dispatch coordination Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery Follow up with customers for pending payments or requirements Manage incoming calls, messages, and enquiries Maintain customer data and update CRM/records regularly Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations Support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed Qualification & Experience: Good communication and customer-handling skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email) Polite, soft-spoken, and presentable Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams Strong follow-up and documentation skills Graduate preferred Experience in retail, ethnic wear, or customer service will be an advantage Fresher with good communication skills may also apply
