Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement real estate strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify optimal locations for new facilities or expansions.

Property Acquisition & Leasing:

Negotiate leases and purchase agreements for new properties.
Coordinate with brokers, legal advisors, and stakeholders to facilitate property transactions.

Portfolio Management:

Monitor and analyze the performance of the real estate portfolio.
Develop and execute maintenance plans to ensure the properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.

Financial Analysis:

Prepare financial models and investment analysis to assess the viability of real estate projects.
Manage budgets related to property management, maintenance, and capital expenditures
