Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensures outgoing quality of the product meets the next and Final customer requirements.
Customer complaint monitoring, preparation & review of customer complaints 8D report and submission of CAPA to customer as per define time line.
Handling of customer PPAP audit & provide customer observation closure as per defined timeline.
Understanding customers needs and facilitating to convert customers requirements to Engineering specifications
Ensure the Field and Internal issues are addressed on priority by deploying appropriate initiatives, goals and Customer Protection.
Monitoring, data analysis and drive for reduction of Key Performance Indicators for Battery packs
Support and guide Field concern resolution.
Good knowledge on Diagnostic tools and knowledge of Failure modes.
Co-ordination with internal functions like SQA, Manufacturing, Customer Support for speedy resolution and timely closure of concern.
Joint Investigation at customer or at Supplier location for analysis of quality failures.
Preparation of MIS Reports - Dashboard, Power Point Presentation, Field issues documents for Senior Management Reviews.
Working knowledge of SAP for Quality Claims administration.
Keeping records of warranty return parts and releasing report on warranty analysis.

QMS/IATF
Bus Master/PCAN view/Bootloader A
