Responsible for Scrutinizing of AOFs and supporting documents which should be in line with statutory (KYC) guidelines.
Responsible for AOF processing to maintain compliance with all existing internal guidelines.
Responsible for following up with CPU team for timely opening of accounts.
Record Management: Maintain registers - stock, inventory register, Inward entry of AOFs received from CSMs, rejected AOFs from CPU and HUB.
Responsible for training Sales team to ensure FTR forms are processed
Supporting the Circle Salary Sales Resources in terms of data as and when required.
Coordinating with the BYOD support team to support BDEs in case of issues with their BYOD devices.
Ensuring timely dispatch of AOFs to RMA
Responsible of other activities like scanning, verification, case initiation of Third Party Product
Responsible for any other tasks allocated by the ASH/RSH or CSG Ops Head.

Graduate

Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
Excellent operational skills and stakeholder management
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work successfully as a part of a team
Demonstrate good presentation skills and high standards of integrity
