He will be responsible for Current product management of Pithampur products along with Improvements. He will be responsible for Improvements for efficiency, quality, digitalization, CAPEX and OPEX and horizontal deployment of practices among lines and plants

• CPM manufacturing coordinator. Root cause analysis & resolution for field failure issues with achieving targeted TTF.

• Dealers contact through Assist for DQR to manage Plant KPI’s

• Improvement plan execution

• CAPEX and OPEX planning and execution

• Interact with supplier quality and purchasing groups within the company to resolve field issues, warranty claims and cost reduction projects from material point of view.

• Participate in discussions and provide materials related feedback for technical design reviews with Product Engineering & company suppliers

• Produce detailed MFA report, outlining evaluation performed, determined root cause followed with clear recommendation to address the issue

3.3) Additional (adhoc) responsibilities:

• Supplier visit & audit in the view of resolution
