Role & responsibilities

  • Handle client queries and escalations related to messaging solutions
  • Integrate CPaaS solutions with client systems
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients for messaging workflows
  • Strong understanding of CPaaS solutions, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and voice messaging workflows
  • Knowledge of APIs and integration with enterprise systems
  • Experience with customer support and ticketing tools
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (English and regional languages preferred)
